If you believe you’ve been subjected to discrimination in a CBI program or activity, you can file a complaint with CBI using the Report a Compliance Concern option in the Contact form. You can also send your written complaint to our administration office at 1855 West Baseline Road, #101, Mesa, Arizona, 85202. You may also have additional entities that can respond to your concerns about discrimination.
