The powerful drama Bill W. and Dr. Bob tells the story of a stockbroker and a surgeon, both alcoholics, whose relationship becomes the genesis of Alcoholics Anonymous. What eventually leads to the Twelve Steps of AA begins as a combination of inspiration and accident.
